The produce that is in our CSA is local and fresh. Everything we grow here on the farm is grown organically. We use the Certified Naturally Grown certification. Havest methods used maintian the quality of the produce and increase product shelf life.
Now we know we cannot grow everything all the time. With this in mind when we source produce from other farms we pick it up fresh from the farm the day of or day before our CSA pickups or farmers' markets.
